Jennifer Lopez’s grandmother dead

According to reports, Jennifer Lopez’s grandmother, Julia Rodriguez, who inspired the singer to open a restaurant in her honor, has died.

According to the New York Daily News, Julia died on Saturday evening - as J Lo was performing a concert in Los Angeles.

Lopez was said to be mourning with relatives on Sunday.

Lopez’s rep, Leslie Sloane-Zelnick said:”Jennifer is with her family right now,” but declined to comment further.

A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. today at the Holy Cross Church in the Bronx.

Rodriguez is survived by two daughters, J.Lo’s mother, Guadalupe Lopez, and Rose Myrza. She is also survived by six grandchildren, including J.Lo and Channel 9 News anchor Lynda Lopez; and two great-grandchildren, NY Daily News has reported.

Actor and choreographer Cris Judd, 38, confirmed to US Magazine and People that his ex-wife Jennifer Lopez, 38, is currently expecting her first child.

I am very happy for her that she is pregnant. She has always wanted to be a mom, so I am very happy for her.

I only wish her the best, I always have. She's always wanted to be a mother, and now she's going to be. I couldn't be any happier for her. I can't wait to see him.

Marc Drops Baby Hints in J.Lo Serenade

Despite mounting (and mountainous) evidence, Jennifer Lopez has yet to confirm whether she has a Marc Anthony-shaped bun baking in her ever-expanding oven. Still, the currently on-tour twosome seem to be dropping hints through that most subtle of mediums -- the '80s power ballad.

During a performance Friday night in Los Angeles, Anthony crooned Journey's "Faithfully" to his bulging-bellied but glowing better half, report People and Us.
"I'm going to take a chance and dedicate this to Jennifer," he told the crowd. "It's a real personal song. This song has a whole new significance."
If your memory has faded from when you slow-danced to the ditty under a disco ball in eighth grade, its lyrics are of the baby-it's-lonely-on-the-tour-bus variety.
"They say that the road ain't no place to start a family," the hollow-cheeked singer belted out amid cheers. "Right down the line it's been you and me/And lovin' a music man ain't always what it's supposed to be/Oh girl, you stand by me/I'm forever yours ... faithfully."
While Anthony's serenade to Lopez might not have quite the same impact as Journey's other major pop culture coup this year -- providing the soundtrack for Tony Soprano's final on-screen moment with "Don't Stop Believin'" -- it's yet another clear sign that the stork appears to be on his way.
"This is such a special time," J.Lo told the audience as she paraded around in one muumuu-riffic ensemble after another, which can't conceal her growing midsection, a fact that wasn't lost on fans.
"She's so pregnant!" one concertgoer proclaimed to People upon exiting the show. Added another, "She wasn't moving that much. I'm a mother of three, I know, she's pregnant."
